There's a song that says that this is the most wonderful time of the year. For one star of The Young and the Restless and a lucky lady, it most definitely is.

Michael Mealor and girlfriend Sasha are engaged.

Sasha broke the news on Instagram with a series of pictures and a special video. The post was accompanied by the caption, "I love you Michael Mealor. Forever."

Mealor replied with a totally awwww-inducing, "I love you more than you know. You are my world, and everything begins now."

In Sasha's post, there is a video taken from a distance, which appears to be part of the actual proposal. There is no audio, but based on Sasha's reaction, it seems like the video caught the moment that Mealor popped the question -- and she most definitely said yes.

Although Mealor doesn't get down on one knee, Sasha's excited jumping and hugging and kissing would seem to be her enthusiastic "Yes!"

Looking ahead, Sasha admitted, "I can't wait to be a Mealor!"
